As the Harvest begins, let all households and tribes come together for the Lughnasadh fair, and share in friendly competition of athletics, arts, and foods. Join us in honouring the Earth Mother, Tailtiu, on this day instituted for her by Lugh, the Master of All Skills and tribal King.

WHERE IS IT?
Heber Down Conservation Area, Day Site 3
500 Lyndebrook Rd., Whitby, ON

Go north on Coronation Rd. from Taunton, and then turn right onto Lyndebrook Rd. The conservation area will be on your left. We are over the bridge and to the left once inside.
Parking is pay and display ($5 for the day).
Money from parking goes directly into conservation area improvements!

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
– Material offerings and/or praise offerings for Lugh, Tailtiu, or any other god, ancestor, or spirit you wish to honour;
– Water! There is no drinkable water on site;
– Weather-appropriate clothing – this event is outside!;
– A dish for our potluck (please label all potential allergens – nuts, dairy, etc.) and your own plates and cutlery – please note there is no kitchen available;
– $5 (or pay what you can) to help cover the rental cost of the site.
